Das ist die Aufnahme von meinem Bekannten, da war jemand schneller, sonst h�tte ich sie n�chste Woche hochladen k�nnen .

Hier sein Equipment:
SONY MZ-N1 MD-Rekorder, Sony ECM-TS125 Mikrofon.

Wie sieht es eigentlich mit der anderen Aufnahme aus? Die ist ja auch nicht komplett, soweit ich wei�. Wurden da zuf�llig die noch fehlenden Songs aufgenommen?

Die Qualit�t der Aufnahme scheint wohl recht anst�ndig zu sein, mein Bekannter hat sie gleichgesetzt mit Stuttgart und Berlin 2005.

Description:
This was purchased over on ebay and is being liberated here. According to the guy who sold it to me, he bought it from somebody outside the venue as he was leaving the show. In which case I reckon this was probably recorded directly to some sort of hard drive - I�m not altogether sure if I believe the guy or not, but he seemed honest enough to me (for a seller).
This show has suffered some compression, it might have been recorded at a low sample rate or perhaps it happened at some other point. The seller did me a favour by sending me his original discs for me to copy myself, so unless you can get a copy from the taper directly this is as good as it�s going to get, and this actually a pretty reasonable recording once you get through the initial mud around I Took Your Name.
I also did a little work on it to minimize the digital noise which was evident on the original discs, particularly on the song introductions like Kenneth and Everybody Hurts.

Ich finde es ja sehr spannend wie jetzt so nach und nach so uralte Kassettenaufnahmen in torrents erscheinen, weil sie jetzt alle digitalisiert werden k�nnen...  schon krass sich vorzustellen wie da jemand vor 20 Jahren mit nem Kassettenspieler und Mikrofon im Publikum stand und aufgenommen hat.. und jetzt taucht es wieder auf und die ganze Welt kann es haben...

Na das ging ja flott.

Hab mir gerade Country Feedback runtergeladen und festgestellt, dass das eine .flac - Datei ist. Wie wandle ich diese nun um, so dass ich sie anh�ren kann? Brauche ich da ein bestimmtes Programm?

Oder du l�dst dir flac frontend runter, damit kannst du die flac-Dateien in wav-Dateien umwandeln. Es gibt �brigens auch ein Plug-In f�r WinAmp, sodass du die flac-Dateien dar�ber direkt anh�ren kannst.

Dave and I worked very close to each other. He would let me borrow his equipment to tape shows.
I would return his equipment with a copy of the show I taped and he would give me shows he taped.
He gave my roommate and I alot of REM shows. Some of those are not widely circulated.
This seems to be one of them. Another great show and another very good recording. He had a problem during Harborcoat (Track 2) and there is 3:49 of dead air. The dead air is track 3. Track 4 is Lightning Hopkins as it cuts in. You can decide if you want to include the dead air.
