It looks like Peter wrote the set list and Michael changed a couple things, moved "Departure" towards the middle of the set (replacing Undertow), citing "Departure really hard first thing" (I assume he means it's tough to sing early in the set when he's not warmed up).
Does the top say "Capetown - Amazing Show"? Isn't the set from before the show? Was Michael making predictions? I don't know...
